Refund & Returns Policy

At JustOnePrompt, operated by Just One Prompt LLC, we value transparency and customer satisfaction.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for our digital products, subscriptions, and custom services.


1. Digital Products (Ready-Made GPTs & Downloads)

  • Some digital products may include a money-back guarantee (typically 14 to 30 days), as clearly stated on the individual product page.

  • Refunds are only eligible if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or substantially used.

  • Once access is granted or the product is used, it is considered delivered and becomes non-refundable, due to the digital nature of the product.


2. Custom GPTs & Automation Services

  • Custom services require a non-refundable deposit, typically ranging from 25% to 50%, before work begins.

  • If a client cancels the project before final delivery, the deposit is not refundable.

  • Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be partially refunded depending on the stage of completion and work already performed.

Each custom project is evaluated individually to ensure fairness.


3. Free Trials

  • Some high-value services may include a free trial period, usually between 14 and 30 days, where specified.

  • Free trials are non-obligatory, and no charges are made until the trial period ends, unless clearly stated otherwise.


4. Subscription Services

  • Subscription services may be billed on a monthly or annual basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are issued for late cancellations or unused time.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing, but access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

  • If a subscription-based service is discontinued by us, users will be notified in advance and may continue to access the service for a reasonable transition period.

  • For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund may be issued only if we discontinue the service mid-term.


5. Requesting a Refund

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days.

  • The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank and is outside of our control.
