Refund & Returns Policy

At JustOnePrompt, we’re committed to building trust and satisfaction. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products, subscriptions, and custom services.

1. Digital Products (Ready-made GPTs & Downloads)

  • Most products come with a 14 to 30-day money-back guarantee, as listed on the product page.
  • Refunds are granted only if the product was not downloaded, accessed, or significantly used.
  • Once accessed, products are considered “delivered” and non-refundable.

2. Custom GPTs & Automation Services

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25%–50% is required to begin custom work.
  • If a client cancels before delivery, no refund is issued on the deposit.
  • Additional payments may be refunded based on the stage of work completed.

3. Free Trials

Some high-value services come with a free trial period of 14 to 30 days. Trials are non-obligatory, and no charges are made until the trial ends (unless specified otherwise).

4. Subscription Services

    • Subscriptions will include advance email notice before billing periods end.
  • No refunds are issued for late cancellations or missed renewals.
  • If a service is discontinued, subscribers will receive notice and continue to receive access for up to 3 months before it ends.
  • For yearly subscriptions, a prorated refund may be issued if we cancel a service mid-year.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at karim.salem@justoneprompt.com. Please include your order details and reason for the request. In the future, WhatsApp support may be added for faster handling.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within a few business days. However, final transfer time depends on your bank’s processing speed and refund policy, which we do not control.
